Vietnam adopts anti-dumping measures against China's aluminium extrusion profiles

         Vietnam's Ministry of industry and trade recently issued a decision to take anti-dumping measures on some aluminum extruded profiles from China. According to the decision, Vietnam imposed an anti-dumping duty of 2.49% to 35.58% on China aluminum extruded bars and profiles. Previously, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam launched an anti-dumping investigation in January 2019 in accordance with the application submitted by local enterprises in October 2018. According to statistics from the Ministry of industry and trade of Vietnam, the number of aluminum extruded profiles imported from Vietnam in 2018 amounted to 62000 tons, a double that of 2017.
