The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has issued Implementation Opinions on promoting the quality of manufacturing products and services. Opinions put forward, in-depth implementation of the "three-year action plan for improving the quality of raw materials industry (2018-2020)". We will accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries such as steel, cement, electrolytic aluminium and flat glass, promote clean and efficient production processes, implement green and intelligent transformation, and encourage the development and application of online quality monitoring, diagnosis and optimization systems for the whole process. We will accelerate the innovation of high-end materials, support the construction of demonstration platforms for the production and application of materials in key areas such as aviation, nuclear energy and engines, promote the verification and promotion of new materials, and form a high-performance, functional and differentiated supply capacity for advanced basic materials.
