　　Profile of Henan Xichuan Aluminum （Group） Ferroalloy Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of Henan Xichuan Aluminum （Group） Co., Ltd, founded in 1975a and reformed into a joint-stock company in October 2000, with a registered capital of RMB 17.80. It is a conventional production base of the enterprise and granted with the state approval for industrial access and used to a key local enterprise of the former Ministry of Metallurgy. With an annual production capacity of 10,000t ferroalloy, it mainly produces the conventional silicon composite alloy products sold to a number of steel plants in China.

　　Profile of Nanyang Tianyu Non-ferrous Metal Rolling Co., Ltd

　　Nanyang Tianyu Non-ferrous Metal Rolling Co., Ltd located in Nanyang Ecological Industrial Park is a joint venture enterprise established by Xichuan Aluminum Group and Shanghai Tianzhong Machinery Co., Ltd in 2008, mainly for deep processing of aluminum products and with an annual output of 100,000t PS sheet and aluminum foil products. Currently, its main production facilities include: two 1850 mm six-roller cold-rolling mills, with the highest speed and high accuracy in China, two 1900mm cast-rolling mills, gripping-bending machine, cleaning machine, roller shear, slitter, annealing furnaces, and other auxiliary fine-finishing facilities. The 1850 mm six-roller cold-rolling mills are imported from Germany and 1900mm cast-rolling mills can produce double-null aluminum foil billets.

The Company is in possession of 2300mm cold-rolling mill, the widest in China as well as 1250mm cold-rolling mill, the narrowest in China. Its products cover more than 100 types of ten major series in high, medium and low classes, including wide aluminum foil billets, refrigerator embossing plates, curtain wall boards, aluminum-plastic boards, air-conditioner foils, cable foils and umbrellas stick materials.
