Henan Province's dependence on imported bauxite reached 16% in the first quarter of 2019

In the first quarter of this year, Henan Alumina Plant consumed about 940,000 tons of imported bauxite, and its dependence on imported bauxite was about 16%, compared with 0.2% in the same period last year.

In the first quarter of this year, China's alumina plants consumed about 19.54 million tons of imported bauxite, of which Henan Province accounted for about 4.8%, compared with 0.01% in the same period last year.
