Aluminum-air battery products first appeared at Shanghai International Aluminum Industry Exhibition

               From July 10 to 12, Ningbo Aluminum New Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Aluminum Group, presented at the Shanghai International Aluminum Industry Exhibition in 2009 with three new types of aluminium-air battery products, namely, aluminium fuel emergency communication power supply, portable aluminium fuel emergency power supply and hydroelectric-thermal integrated aluminium fuel emergency support equipment, with its outstanding market urgency and technology. Technological innovation and functional uniqueness have become a highlight of the exhibition, which has also caused tremendous repercussions in the metal air battery industry.

On July 10, Chen Quanxun, President of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, and Documentary Army, Vice-President, visited the booth accompanied by Ao Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of China Aluminum Group and Cai Anhui, Assistant General Manager, and listened to the product introduction. They were interested in the technological innovation of the product, and offered new market space in the field of military application and emergency support. It is highly affirmed that the layout of Sino-Aluminum Group in the whole industrial chain, such as alumina recycling, is expected. It is an important exploration of China's high-tech industrialization that Sino-Aluminum Group combines the technical advantages of Ningbo Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences with the industrial resources of the central enterprises.
