    In order to effectively prevent major safety risks in the metallurgical and mechanical industries of the province, according to the unified deployment of the emergency management department, from December 18 to 26, Heilongjiang Provincial Emergency Management Department organized three special inspection teams to conduct spot check and guidance on steel and aluminum processing enterprises in six cities, including Harbin, Qiqihar, Daqing, Shuangyashan, Yichun and Qitaihe.

The spot check focuses on six key inspection contents determined by the emergency management department, strictly and accurately enforce the law against the standards and tables; the spot check focuses on iron and steel enterprises with production equipment such as blast furnace, converter or electric furnace, and aluminum processing enterprises with smelting, recycled aluminum, casting and other processes.

The inspection team has spot checked 8 enterprises including Northeast Light Alloy Co., Ltd., Jianlong Beiman Special Steel Co., Ltd. and Heilongjiang Jianlong iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and found 21 potential problems, and provided assistance and guidance for key and difficult problems in production safety. According to the requirements of law enforcement of work safety at the end of the year, the beginning of the year and the "two festivals", the inspection team shall rectify and close the hidden dangers found in all regions in strict accordance with the time limit and standards; in combination with the centralized rectification of work safety in the whole province, the inspection team shall inspect the law enforcement of key industries and high-risk enterprises to ensure the continuous stability of work safety; in addition, the inspection team shall strictly inspect the law enforcement of major hidden dangers and illegal acts Enterprises should take decisive measures to investigate and deal with according to the upper limit in accordance with the law; at the same time, strengthen the supervision of public opinion, mobilize the masses to actively report all kinds of key hidden dangers and illegal acts, and urge enterprises to earnestly fulfill the main responsibility of safety production.
