CHINALCO International Contracted for the First Time EU General Contracting Project for Aluminum Ele

             Recently, China Aluminum International Engineering Co., Ltd. has successfully signed the general contract for upgrading and renovation project of the electrolytic aluminium plant in Port Visme, Italy. The scope of the contract includes technology licensing, design, equipment procurement and technical services.

It is understood that this is the first electrolytic aluminium project implemented by Chinese enterprises in EU countries, which will have a positive and far-reaching impact on the development of the electrolytic aluminium industry in Italy and Europe.

In recent years, China Aluminum International has relied on core technology and patented technology to enhance its core competitiveness. In particular, the design enterprises represented by Shenyang Aluminum and Magnesium Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Guiyang Aluminum and Magnesium Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. have won wide recognition from overseas customers by virtue of their self-developed core technology such as alumina, electrolytic aluminium, carbon and so on. Many projects have been undertaken in Vietnam, Venezuela, Turkey, South Africa, Ecuador, India and other countries.

Shenyang Academy has worked out a thorough commercial and technical bidding plan in this project bidding, and carefully organized the preparation of technical documents, bidding quotations and business negotiations, thus completing the preparation of bidding documents with high efficiency and quality.

It is understood that next step, Chinalco international will give full play to its advantages in technology and management, integrate high-quality resources at home and abroad, and strive to make the project a benchmark project for the international electrolytic aluminum industry, and make positive contributions to the implementation of the national "one belt and one way" initiative and the promotion of international capacity cooperation.
