Argentina's final anti-dumping decision on aluminum plate to China

        On February 26, 2020, the Ministry of production and development of Argentina issued Resolution No. 74 of 2020 in the official gazette of Argentina, which made the final anti-dumping decision on the aluminum plate (Spanish: Chapas de Aluminio) originating in China: the anti-dumping duty of 80.14% of the FOB price of the products involved was levied, with a validity of five years. The product involved in the case refers to the XXXX series of non alloy or alloy aluminum plates that meet the provisions of article 681 of the Argentine national IRAM standard. The specifications are: diameter ≥ 60mm, ≤ 1000mm, thickness ≥ 0.3mm, ≤ 5mm. The customs codes of the products involved are 7606.91.00 and 7606.92.00. The resolution shall come into force on the date of promulgation.
