Nanyang foil rolling plant holds table top drill for emergency disposal

      In order to improve the emergency management level of production emergencies, improve the emergency handling ability and safety accident prevention ability of workshop staff, enhance the safety awareness and sense of responsibility of staff, ensure the safety of staff's life and enterprise property, and further promote the implementation of the main responsibility of standardized safety production management. In the first ten days of January, Nanyang Tianyu foil rolling plant held a tabletop drill for emergency treatment of a serious injury accident in the conference room.

Nine people were selected from the foil rolling plant to participate in the drill, and the plant director was the drill commander in chief. The safety officers of Tianyu company, casting rolling and cold rolling safety officers watched the drill on site. The drill adopts the form of question and answer to simulate a lifting injury accident (leg injury) caused by an employee's illegal operation. During the drill, the host can ask questions at any time, and the respondents can set up oral responses according to the situation. The drill inspected the rescue command, evacuation, alert, logistics support and other capabilities. The drill lasted for 30 minutes. During the drill, the emergency command team and participants were able to make accurate and rapid response, achieving the expected effect and the purpose of the drill.
