Morocco's first Chinese brand aluminium hub production base has officially put into operation

        On June 26, the launch ceremony of CITIC Deca Morocco Aluminum Wheel Production Base was held in Morocco, marking that the first Chinese-brand aluminium alloy wheel product in North Africa will be produced here and sent to the world.

China CITIC Deca Morocco Aluminum Wheel Production Base is located in the northwest of Morocco Haikou city of Gunitra, covering an area of about 50,000 square meters. Up to now, the project has created about 600 jobs for the local people, and the annual production of aluminium wheels in the base can reach nearly 3 million units. On May 25, 2019, the first Chinese-brand finished aluminum alloy wheel in North Africa was launched from here. In the future, safety, lightweight, environmental protection, high quality Chinese brand aluminium alloy wheel products will be continuously sent to the world from here.

Ella Rami, Minister of industry, trade and investment and digital affairs of Morocco, said in a speech at the launching ceremony that in 2017, after the signing of the memorandum of understanding between Morocco and China, the bilateral relations between the two countries were closer. The completion of China's aluminum wheel production base in Morocco is the fruit of this cooperative relationship. The production base of the round is put into operation in Morocco. This project is of far-reaching significance to Morocco under the framework of the cooperation agreement signed by the two countries. More than 100 Moroccan employees went to China for training, which marked the establishment of a new cooperative relationship between Morocco and Chinese enterprises, and also made us realize that the two countries have the ability to carry out large-scale cooperation projects.
