Strengthen Training and Learning to Improve Safety Literacy

           At the end of March, Xichuan Casting and Rolling Mill organized its staff to concentrate on the training of special operation guardians. The course mainly focuses on the analysis of the current situation of high-risk job monitoring process, the basic requirements of safety guardians, fire work, confined space work and safety monitoring of high-risk job. Through the training, the staff have further mastered the operating procedures of fire, limited space and ascension, improved their ability to identify and control risks in the process of dangerous operation, and enhanced their sense of responsibility and guardianship skills.
