Upgrading Equipment and Optimizing Product Quality

Recently, equipment technicians of Xichuan Cold Rolling Mill upgraded and renovated the cleaning system of No. 1 stretch straightener in 1450 workshop, with good results. The original cleaning system has only one cleaning box with small capacity, and the cleaning of product surface will be unclean. To solve this problem, Xichuan Cold Rolling Mill not only improves product quality, but also improves manual efficiency by adding water tanks, increasing capacity and upgrading technology from internal circulation to external circulation system. At present, Xichuan Cold Rolling Mill is drawing lessons from this successful experience to upgrade the cleaning system of 2 # stretching straightener.
