Group held a successful first phase of the management cadre training class

 May 22, Human Resource Management Center is responsible for organizing the group's first management leadership training course successfully completed.

In the two-week training course, the lecturers were talking about the "modern enterprise management workshop", "Leadership", "production technology", "cadres of moral character," four subjects, with detailed explanations of advanced trainees corporate management philosophy, management practices and production processes, but also through a large number of case analysis describes the art of leadership content and external form, so that trainees inspired, long exposure, increase the knowledge, understand the doubts of their own ways and means of working with a new understanding on the future direction of the work has been re-positioning. 
To test the effectiveness of training, May 18 and May 22 afternoon, Human Resource Management Center organized a management cadre training end exams, exam results reflect the trainees theoretical knowledge levels were increased. Meanwhile, in order to further improve the training of cadres, human resources management center also organized a survey launched by participating in the training of management personnel suggestions.
